I know such a silly solution and one wonders how many were involved and how long it took too make it??

What we need to do is inspire people to be more like you - eating well, exercising and looking a million dollars. Good to see you on here honey.xx

Great post! Far too many people sit in judgement on others when they don't know what it's like to walk in their shoes.

Of course small changes are better than no changes and the thing with little changes is that they mount up to something altogether bigger so win win situation. How gorgeous is Mimi Kirk??!!

Wow! Truly impressive, and even if not all of us feel able to be totally healthy, hopefully even small improvements to our diet and exercise regime will help us to lead longer and healthier lives. Thanks for the inspirational photos Helen!

Thanks Helen, yeah that helps. You really have to be aware of your thoughts so you can make another choice.

'So how did you change your thought process on the weekend' - Simple I stopped thinking that I couldn't do anything else. When you think you can't do something then guess what?? you can't do it. I simply stopped thinking that I couldn't do any other exercise for all the reasons I had told myself i.e. because I didn't have the time, or because other exercise wouldn't compliment my yoga, or because I would get too tired. I stopped thinking about other exercise in a negative way and just started to think/feel what the other exercise would do for me. How nice it would be to run again, to lift weights, how doing some leg and core strengthing exercises would actually benefit my yoga etc, etc. By thinking positively about doing some other exercise as well as the yoga I was able to see that actually I could do it and I could then see that I had the time in the morning that I could utilise. It really is all about how you think and the words you use. If we tell ourselves no then the door shuts, but if we tell ourselves yes then all possibilites reveal themselves. Hope that helps??
