1-2-1 Mentor Coaching Programmes

Making changes to your lifestyle in terms of healthy eating and exercise can be one the best things we can ever do for ourselves.

When we are eating the most nutritious foods possible and moving our bodies in the way they were designed then we find that so many other areas of our life improve as well.

To begin with though it can be difficult to put the changes into place that we need. Living in the modern world as we do means that we get pulled in many directions at once and sometimes the easiest thing to let go off in order to do everything else is looking after ourselves.

 

That is why it is so good to have the support and motivation of someone else whilst you are moving towards making those changes.

Working with me on a 1-2-1 basis gives you that support and motivation.

I like nothing better than helping other people obtain their health goals and teaching them techniques in which they can easily maintain that health for the long term.

So, what do you get from a 1-2-1 mentor coaching programme with me?

The programmes are a minimum of four weeks in length. At the end you have the option of continuing if you wish.

Each programme is tailored to your issues and goals so to a certain extent each programme is different.

The basic overview of what is involved is as follows:-

  • Questionnaire – I send you an in depth questionnaire before we start on areas of diet, exercise, medical issues/injuries, lifestyle and time constraints. This gives me a detailed overview on which to build your programme on.
  • Daily email contact – daily emails to answer any queries that come up for you as a result of the topics we discuss together with a daily dose of motivation.
  • Weekly 30 minute skype phone call -  we can go deeper into issues in these phone calls and answer queries more in depth as they come up. Having that face to face contact is a big help as hopefully I become a ‘real’ person to you and not just an internet presence.
  • Weekly topics to work through and exercises to follow -  I set weekly topics which may be different depending on what it is you most want to deal with. Each week you will be given practical exercises to work through and to report back on so that we can continually update your programme as we go along making sure that we are making the most out of this coaching experience.
  • Weekly articles -  these will depend on what it is we are working through but you will receive a weekly article on a subject pertinent to you and your programme that gives you more information, resources and possibly a way of looking at something from a different perspective.
  • Weekly videos – again these will depend on what it is we are working through and will aid that feeling of working with an ‘actual’ person and having 1-2-1 support.

Examples of some of the topics we may well cover are :-

  • Emotional eating – how to identify it and more importantly how to banish it.
  • Healthy eating – just what is it and how to do it.
  • Exercise – how to make it a part of your life in a fun way.
  • Mindset and positive thinking – how to replace negative thought processes that you may have around healthy eating, exercise and lifestyle in general.
  • Balancing lifestyle – how to incorporate your new healthy living into your lifestyle and balancing the other things that you do in your life that may affect it.

The key to my 1-2-1 mentor programmes is the support and motivation I offer. My aim is to get you to start looking at your diet and fitness in a new way; a way that you can easily incorporate and sustain in your life.

It is not my aim to just hand out generic programmes to everyone as we are not all the same and the same ‘fits all’ approach doesn’t work.

I want you to get the most out of the time you are dedicating to this programme so you can walk away at the end of it confident that you can apply techniques into your life in a seemless way. This is intensive mentoring where I work with you 7 days a week for the duration of you programme. You are getting approxmately 10 hours of my time per week – 40 hours over the whole month.

Working with me on a 1-2-1 basis for 4 weeks cost £377.00

You get so much support and resources in these 4 weeks and to ensure you get all the attention you need I restrict the amount of people I work with at any one time to just 6 people. That way I know I can give you the support you need without compromise.
