Membership Plans
The Fit Option Membership Plans are exercise programmes that keep going for as long as you want them to. They are progressive and have three suggested levels within them so are open to everyone.
How do they work?
Our Membership Plans operate on a two week rotation. That is every two weeks your plan will be updated. Your initial two week plan will include details of warm-ups and stretches that you can do throughout the duration of your membership. Each two week plan will include the following:-
- Cardio (aerobic) section.
- Resistance (weight bearing) section.
- Abdominal section.
Each section will include clear and concise instructions on how to perform the exercise, length of the exercise, number of repetions etc. Some of the sections will also include videos for more clarification.
