What is Personal Training? – Personal Training is a way of bringing fitness to you in the most convenient form possible. You don’t need any equipment, you don’t have to get yourself anywhere by a specific time. There is no hassle with parking or queueing for machines, you don’t even have to think about what you need to do. All that is taken care for you and then delivered to you in the comfort and privacy of your own home. The only thing we don’t do is do the workout for you. That bit is down to you!!
How will it help me? – It will help because you are guaranteed individual attention, personalised workouts and a big dash of motivation and enthusiasm. No more standing at the back of classes unable to see what the instructor is doing, or being rushed of a machine in the gym because someone else is waiting to get on. This is one hour of dedicated you time. One of the most frequent comments I get from my clients comes after we have been training together for a few weeks: “I feel so much better” they always say to me. “I have so much more energy” is another favourite. Exercise has the knack of doing this.

Who does it benefit? -Personal Training benefits EVERYONE. I have trained, and continue to train, all ages from 12 to 70+, men and women, couples, friends training as a group and people with the following medical conditions:-

A lot of my clients come to me with weight issues and are nervous about getting fit. Some have not participated in exercise for many years and others since school days. However, within a few weeks that is all forgotten and they are surprising themselves by what they are doing and achieving.
Why should I train with you? - Because I aim to treat each client as an individual with very different goals and issues. Therefore each one of you will need a different approach. Some will already be very focused and just want someone to push them that bit harder than they would themselves. Others may have more fears and issues to work through. Regardless of where you are starting from though, you will find that sessions with me are fun, effective and designed to get you to your goals.
