Individual Training Plans
Individual Training plans are 6 weeks in duration. You can request a follow up plan – a further 6 weeks at the end of your first plan or you may just wish to continue with the original plan as is.
What is included in your Individual Training Plan?
- You will be sent a detailed questionnaire asking for background information, medical history, and what your aims and goals are for your plan.
- We will then custom design a workout plan which will include both cardio (aerobic) and resistance (weight bearing) sections designed specifically for your goals. These are updated once every two weeks.
- Each workout comes with clear, concise instructions on how to perform each exercise, number of repetitions, number of sets and rest time between each exercise.
- You will also receive a customised abdominal workout, again with clear and concise instructions and updated every two weeks.
- A stretching program to include both maintenance and developmental stretches, which will help improve flexibility and range of movement. This program can be used throughout the six weeks.
- A training timetable designed to fit around your other work/social commitments whilst still aiming to get you to your goal.
- The option to request a change to your program. (Once throughout the training period).
- A weekly email from your trainer to provide you with motivation, tips and answer any queries that may have arisen during the past week.
- Access to our Fit Option Forum where you can chat with others, give each other moral support and ask loads of questions.
How will you receive your Training Plan?
Two days before your agreed state date you will receive, via email, the first of your two weekly cardio, resistance and abdominal workouts together with your stretching program. This will enable you to look through your Plan and ask any questions that may arise before your start date.
Subsequent workouts will be emailed to you two days before the ones you are working on are due to run out.

How do I pay for my Training Plan?
Simply click on the ‘add to cart’ button on either the 6 week or 12 week plan. Then look to the main menu bar and click on ‘Shopping Cart’. This will take you to the shopping cart page and show you details of your intended purchase. If you wish to continue shopping then do so and come back to this page once you have finished when you can proceed by clicking on the ‘Check out with Paypal’ button and this will take you through the check out process. Simple.
