The Food Option

It is my belief that we should eat our food in as natural a state as we can. I don’t believe our food should be processed or refined or altered or genetically modified or be anything other than the way it was grown and intended by mother nature.

My own diet takes that literally and I eat pretty much 100% raw vegan food. You can see here for more details on what diet looks like.

I understand though that a raw diet is still considered by many to be ‘extreme’ and so I don’t advocate it for everyone. What I do suggest though is getting back to basics and that includes cutting out the following:-

  • Sugar
  • Wheat
  • Refined, processed white grains.

Cutting down on the following:-

  • Meat
  • Diary

And increasing the consumption of the following:-

  • Fruit and Vegetables
  • Fruit and Vegetables
  • Fruit and Vegetables……..
